By joining our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
1. Enrollment in the Program** 1.1. To join the affiliate program, you must complete the application form and be approved by Segura’s Crafts. 1.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion. 1.3. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
2. How the Program Works** 2.1. Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link to promote Segura’s Crafts products. 2.2. When a customer makes a purchase through your link, you earn a **15% commission** on the total sale (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts). 2.3. Cookies track referrals for **30 days**, meaning if a customer clicks your link and purchases within this time frame, you receive a commission.
3. Payouts & Minimum Earnings** 3.1. Commissions are **paid via PayPal** on the **15th of each month** for the previous month’s earnings. 3.2. A **minimum of $25 in commissions** is required before payout. If this amount is not met, earnings will roll over to the next month. 3.3. Affiliates will not earn commissions on their own purchases. 3.4. If an order is refunded, canceled, or disputed, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your earnings.
4. Promotion Guidelines** 4.1. **Approved Methods:** You can promote Segura’s Crafts on your blog, website, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, or other legitimate platforms. 4.2. **Prohibited Activities:** - No spamming (email, forums, social media groups, or unauthorized ads). - No misleading claims about our products. - No using paid ads that bid on "Segura’s Crafts" or similar branded terms. - No coupon or deal sites unless approved. 4.3. You must **clearly disclose** your affiliate relationship when promoting Segura’s Crafts (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links, and I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”).
5. Account Termination** 5.1. Segura’s Crafts reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time if found in violation of these terms. 5.2. If your account remains inactive (no sales for 90 days), it may be deactivated. 5.3. If terminated due to policy violations, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
6. Program Modifications** 6.1. Segura’s Crafts reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the affiliate program at any time without prior notice. 6.2. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
7. Limitation of Liability** 7.1. Segura’s Crafts is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from participation in this program. 7.2. We do not guarantee earnings, and results may vary.
